Lauretta is an Associate and head of the Immigration Division. She has experience in commercial law, intellectual property, immigration matters, pension litigation, business development and management of public benefit organizations.
She has been involved in the procurement of work permits and passes, management of PBOs, negotiation of over 100 commercial contracts, prosecution and defence of trustees before the Retirement Benefits Appeals Tribunal and High Court of Kenya, conducting of legal and governance audits, incorporation of companies, and management of intellectual property portfolios.
She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and holds a Bachelor's of Laws Degree from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and a post graduate diploma from the Kenya school of law.
