SUCCINCT SECRETARIES was launched 10 years ago by Simba & Simba Advocates to provide specialized secretarial services to its Clients and is duly registered under the Registration of Business Act. The Secretarial arm of the Firm is known for its excellence in providing specialized Company Secretarial services. The Succinct Secretaries also has experience in providing advice and opinions in complex Company Law matters and there is a deep understanding of procedural practice under the Companies regimes.
  2. Currently the Firm has Four Partners, Two Associate Advocates, Legal Assistants and a dedicated team of support staff offering expert advice in the realm of secretarial services. The Partners and Associates have a varied educational, professional and practical backgrounds with unique exposure to the Kenyan Companies practice and legal system helping Succinct to better understand our Clients’ businesses and to find answers to their needs in diverse areas, to respond effectively to the ever changing legal needs of the businesses and professional environment in the region. The Secretarial Firm puts great premium on continued learning to add to the advanced and specialized degrees that all the Partners and Associates hold.
  1. Succinct Secretaries is housed within the same premises as the Law Firm at Finance House, Loita Street within the Central Business District of Nairobi. The operations of the Firm are entirely computerized and the Firm maintains an extensive and secure database of documents necessary to undertake its Company Secretarial Services. The Professional Indemnity Cover is secured under the Law Firm as most of the Partners in Succinct Secretaries are the same under the Law Firm and the income from Secretarial Services is also captured under the Income of the Firm.
