  • Negotiating with stakeholders and advising on a Collective Bargaining Agreement formed with respect to our client’s unionisable staff.
  • Facilitating the creation of an Employee Share Ownership Scheme from part of the authorized share capital of our client’s company of KES. 100 Million.
  • Negotiating a favourable settlement agreement to the tune of KES.
  • 15 Million for our client who had been wrongfully terminated.
  • Drafting Letters of Engagement/Employment Contracts for several of our corporate clients.
