Liberty is an Associate at the firm and is attached at the Commercial Department. He heads the SimbaIP and has demonstrated a expertise in management of Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) and Capital Markets regulatory compliance.
He has been involved in the registration of over two hundred trade mark applications, facilitating recordation of IPRs with the Anti Counterfeit Authority, prosecuting and defending trade mark and copyright infringement claims as well as offering consultations to brands seeking to launch products in the country.
Liberty is a Patent Agent and Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and holds a Bachelor's of Laws Degree from the University of Nairobi and a post graduate diploma from the Kenya school of law.
