Ben Francis is a Senior Associate in the Firm and a member of the Dispute Resolution Department. He has an interest in Civil and Commercial Litigation, Employment and Labour disputes as well as Constitutional and Human Rights Law. He also has interests in Sports Law and Insurance Law and has represented Clients in Courts of Law as well as various Tribunals. His ability to customize the wants of his Clients means that his Clients are taken through every step of the way with their various concerns being swiftly addressed.
Key among his achievements, Ben has defended a suit wherein the Plaintiff is pursuing the demerger of a company currently worth KES. 21 Billion. He also strenuously argued a commercial suit wherein his Client was awarded the contractual sum in excess of 2 million Euros.
Ben is passionate about rugby and can often be found scouring the World Rugby Laws. He is keen on engaging various stakeholders within the sport to ensure the highest attainable level both for the country and its players.
Ben Francis is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He holds a Level 3 Diploma in Computing from NCC Education, a Bachelor’s Degree from Moi University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
