Ben Francis is a Partner in the Firm and deputizes the Head of Dispute Resolution Department. He has a wealth of legal experience in resolution of complex commercial matters, employment and insurance claims. Key among his achievements, include successfully defending a demerger suit worth KES. 21 Billion. He also strenuously argued a commercial suit wherein his Client was awarded the contractual sum in excess of 2 million Euros.
He is passionate about rugby and demonstrated keen interest in championing rights of athletes and to ensure the highest attainable level both for the country and its players. Ben Francis is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He holds a Level 3 Diploma in Computing from NCC Education, a bachelor’s degree from Moi University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
