Mercy Munyua is an Associate in the Corporate Commercial department. She has a vast legal experience spanning commercial transactions and regulatory compliance. Mercy assists a diverse clientele in matters intellectual property, data protection, legal and governance audits and mergers and acquisitions. She also has exposure to advisory work in corporate and tax law.
She is passionate about empowerment of the society and has participated in several legal aid activities aimed at sensitizing communities on diverse matters.
She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Certified Secretary. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She is also a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the Institute of Certified Secretaries.
