Wairimu is a Partner in the Firm and head of the Commercial Department. She has a wealth of legal experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Restructures, Data Protection and Pension Law. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Certified Arbitrator, and holds a Bachelor of Law degree and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
Wairimu has an advanced certification in Contract law from Harvard Law school and is currently pursuing a Senior Management Leadership program at Cornell University. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, World Law Alliance and FIDA Kenya.
