Githinji is an Associate and head of the Industry Support Division. He has experience in regulatory compliance, data protection, tax dispute resolution and conveyancing.
He has been involved in the negotiating and resolution of tax disputes and providing regulatory compliance consultations to clientele in different sectors including Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCGs). He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and holds a Bachelor's of Laws Degree from the University of Nairobi and a post graduate diploma from the Kenya school of law.
