Odunga is an Associate and the head of the Real Estate and Projects Division in the firm’s Conveyancing department. He has experience in securitization, construction and Real Estate law and legal drafting.
He has handled high value transactions for top commercial banks in Kenya from conducting extensive due diligence to securitization of loan instruments with a value of more than 50 million Shillings.
He has also taken a crucial role in managing projects for the firm’s Real Estate Clients with regard to ensuring the seamless registration of over 300 Sectional Titles. He equally has experience in legal and compliance audits and has conducted a litigation audit for a top sugarcane miller in the Country.
