Cynthia is an Associate at the firm and heads Succinct Secretaries. She is attached at the Commercial Department. She heads Succinct Secretaries and has experience in company secretarial services and data protection.
She services diverse clients as the Company Secretary including Financial institutions, insurance firms, companies and public benefit organizations. She has developed policies and legislative framework for the Office of the Head of Public Service Legal Research.
She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and holds a Bachelor's of Laws Degree from Kenyatta University and a post graduate diploma from the Kenya school of law. She is also a pursuing courses on UN Climate Change and Google Project Management.
