Rose Simba, an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, is the pioneer of the Firm which started over twenty five years ago.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
In addition she holds a Master of Arts degree from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. She has also undertaken a specialized course in Law from Georgetown University.
She is a Certified Public Secretary, Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths.
She has experience in Conveyancing and Property Transaction. She is also adept at Banking Law and Securitization, Commercial Law and Civil Litigation.
She previously held the position of General Counsel of Mobil Oil when it operated in Kenya.
She has also been the Chair of the Communication Appeals Tribunal and also sat on the Board of Kenya Women Finance Trust. She has in addition been a Council Member of Kimathi University College and the Secretary of the Kenya Professional and Business Women’s Club.
