Maruti Khamala, an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, holds the position of Partner in the Firm. He is also the Head of the Civil Litigation Department.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from Moi University and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
He has experience and interest in the following areas of legal practice: Civil Litigation, Debt Recovery, Insurance Claims and Probate work.
He has been involved in various landmark cases covering the various judicial bodies including the High Court, Court of Appeal, Tribunals and Arbitrators.
He was the Lead Counsel in the Weetabix v Manji Food Industries case that established the protection of a family of Trade Marks in Kenya.
He is a Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public.
Currently, he is a Trustee of Hekima Center which is a church where the Leadership Team is committed to growing people, challenging people to maximize their potential, become better and influence those around them.
