Chris Masitta is an Associate in the firm and heads heads the Secretarial Services Division offered under Succinct Secretaries in addition to his legal duties. He is well versed in Pensions Law and Administration, transactional lawyering and has experience in Mergers & Acquisitions , Corporate and Companies restructuring and general Commercial Law practice. Chris has also practiced in the area of Constitutional and Human Rights, Commercial and Pensions Litigation, and undertaken Legislative Review and amendments to several pieces of legislation.
He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Kabarak University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is currently enrolled at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland for the Masters in Oil and Gas Law degree program.
